The hotel was perfectly comfortable with a grand view of Caracas. The rooms featured big bathrooms and high-quality furnishings, making the stay enjoyable. However, the actual room did not correspond with the offer at the site.

The staff, including Vanessa, Johanna, Elvis, Keiby, Veronica, Leimar, Luis, and the rest of the crew, were just so nice and friendly that I ended up feeling like we were friends. They always took the time to ensure my needs were met and were bilingual, which was helpful.
